I finally was able to get the web UI working with the kegbot software... now how do I add a keg, etc? The documentation just says 'TO-DO'. If this question has already been asked then please point me in the right direction with my apologies.

Check out the Django admin site. Point your browser to <kegweb url>/admin Through the admin site you'll be able to add your kegs, setup the tap settings, and much more.
